When I joined Randstad three years ago, we were quite new in Hong Kong compared to some of our competitors. It was very challenging to build the banking desk from scratch, but I appreciated the supportive environment and the leadership of my manager. Since my first year, I've been able to progress from a senior consultant to a team leader and most recently I'm managing a team of four consultants focused on retail banking, private banking and insurance.

The most memorable program I've had the benefit of participating on is the High Flyers trip to Tokyo - a rewards program designed for the top billers and a unique experience that turned me into a true "blue blood." Not many companies can send their employees on business trips to other countries in order to better learn from one another. I am grateful that I work for one that recognises high performance and rewards it with unique opportunities.
